FAQs

What age is Moms and Tots suitable for?

1

Our classes are designed for little ones from approximately 1 to 4 years old.

We also offer baby-focused social and play sessions for younger babies, depending on demand and the programme running that term.

Every activity is age-appropriate and centred around play, movement, sensory exploration, and early childhood development.

What happens in a typical class?

2

Each class runs for approximately 2 hours and includes a lovely mix of:

  • free play and social arrival time

  • ring time with songs and movement

  • sensory and messy play

  • fine motor activities

  • music and movement

  • story time

  • gross motor / obstacle activities

  • outdoor play and mom coffee social time

The aim is for your child to learn through play while you also enjoy connection with other moms.

Is this a drop and go class?

3

No — this is very much a parent-and-child programme.

The magic of Moms and Tots is the shared experience between you and your little one. You stay for the class, participate in activities, and enjoy the social side with other moms.

If mom can’t attend, a nanny, au pair, grandparent, or caregiver can attend in her place. But it is designed for mom and baby specifically.

Can I book a trial class first?

4

Yes, definitely.

We offer a once-off trial class for R250, which is the best way to come and experience the environment before committing to a full term.

There is no obligation after the trial.
